Human Resources Administration supports the University's mission of teaching, research and civic engagement by providing effective programs and services to recruit, develop, and retain qualified staff; by administering benefit programs for faculty and staff; and by serving as a resource and providing expertise on human resources issues to all levels of the IUPUI community.
