Exit Interview


This exit interview process is being conducted by the Human Resources Administration office.  You may request that this information not be shared with your direct supervisor.
As an employee leaving your current position, you are a valuable source of information regarding various working conditions observed during your period of employment.  We hope that you will be candid with your answers to the following questions so we may learn from your experience within the university's employment system.  Please be assured that your questionnaire will not become a part of your permanent personnel file and your comments will in no way effect your reemployment possibilities should you desire to seek employment again at IUPUI.
We are striving to maintain a positive working environment within the university's employment system and hope that your suggestions, comments, and observations will aid us in accomplishing this goal.  In addition, the department you have worked in would like to know what they are doing well and what needs to be improved.  Your answers will help make the department and the university a better place to work.
