What is Organization Development?

Organization Development is the planned process of organizational improvement in structure, systems and processes. This includes strategies and initiatives that align, promote and encourage the improvement of a department and its individual employees to meet its mission, fully realize its potential and maximize its ability to make positive and lasting contributions to its constituencies and IUPUII.
