The Consulting Process: What to Expect

Each consulting intervention is unique. Plans are carefully designed to meet departmental needs. Below are some of the typical steps HRA has found to be successful in prior consulting relationships with University units. HRA will:

  • Meet with clients to assess and determine the most effective approach to address issues.
  • Coolect data and information as applicable.
  • Review and summarize findings with clients.
  • Make recommendations for interventions.
  • Conduct intervention activities.
  • Evaluate interventions.
  • Determine next steps.
