New Faculty Orientation and Benefit Enrollment

Congratulations and Welcome to IUPUI!

You have accepted a position at one of the country’s premier urban universities. IUPUI uniquely combines the traditions, resources, and programs of two of the nation’s most respected universities—Indiana University and Purdue University. IUPUI is a great place to learn and a great place to work!

To help you sort through the large amount of information involving the various benefit options, you may want to attend a benefits enrollment session which is held every Tuesday afternoon from 1:00-4:30 p.m. in Room 148 of the Campus Center.  

In addition to the Tuesday option, two orientation and benefit enrollment sessions have been scheduled this summer specifically for new faculty.  Each “brown bag” session is scheduled from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., and you are free to bring your lunch and dine during the session. An overview of the benefit plans will be presented the first hour followed by a half-hour question and answer period and assistance in completing the enrollment form.  These sessions will be held on the following dates:

Friday, August 29                                Human Resources, Union Bldg. north wing, Room 340
Friday, September 12                         Human Resources, Union Bldg. north wing, Room 340

 

 Our online video presentation that provides an overview of the Indiana University benefits program and enrollment information is currently being updated.

In person presentations will be held in August and September.
