This
fact sheet applies to all appointed SM staff of 50% FTE or
greater. See the appropriate human resources policy for a full
statement of the time off benefit.
This
fact sheet is a summary of time off benefits only. All other
policies apply to all appointed, biweekly staff regardless of
FTE. |

Holidays
|
Part-time,
appointed staff of 50% FTE or greater receive a prorated amount of
hours based on their specific FTE. See Policy
3.2, Holidays.

protection earnings (sick time) |
Part-time,
appointed staff of 75% FTE or greater accrue a prorated amount of
hours based on their specific FTE. See Policy
3.3, Income Protection.

| Vacation |
Part-time,
appointed staff of 50% FTE or greater earn a prorated amount of
hours based on their specific FTE. See Policy
3.4, Vacation.

| Funeral
leave |
Part-time,
appointed employees of 50% FTE or greater are granted a prorated
number of hours based on their specific FTE. See Policy
3.5, Funeral Leave.
