IUPUI HRA Training and Organization Development offers sessions that can help you build your skills. The Fundamentals of Supervision Series, Administrative Support Professionals Series and many stand-alone sessions such as Managing Change, Interviewing and Hiring, Payroll and Wage Practices, Workplace Violence Prevention, Performance Management, Assertive Communication, Workflow Analysis and Conflict Management are just a few examples.

Trying to learn the things you want to know while balancing work/school and other things in your life can be difficult but with work/life workshops, there's help. Opportunities are open to faculty, staf and students, offered at a time that is convenience and are usually free of charge.
